Custom-built to suit the room, the bookcase spans precisely between the adjacent window and wall while fitting neatly beneath the existing air conditioning unit. Discreet provisions have also been integrated for the power outlet, television aerial connection, and concealed cable management, ensuring a clean, uncluttered finish.
